The Grand View Community Space in Lionshead can be rented in various "time blocks" for your event. Additionally, extra blocks of time can be purchased if necessary to meet your event needs.

With each time block and rate listed on this page the following items are also included for your use when you rent the Grand View space in Lionshead:

2024 RATES AND DETAILS

8 HOUR BOOKING // AVAILABLE MONDAY - SUNDAY:  $1,600

• 8-hour bookings are allotted a total of (8) hours for the event.


• Additional hours may be purchased in 1-hour blocks of time for $150.

6 HOUR BOOKING // MONDAY - SUNDAY:  $1,100

• 6-hour bookings are allotted up to (6) hours for the event.

DEPOSIT POLICIES

ALL PUBLISHED RATES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE

FEES ARE SUBJECT TO 4.5% TOWN OF VAIL SALES TAX

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

• 50% of usage fee - Applied towards rental and non-refundable

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

• $500 - Refundable 45 days following event date

FINAL PAYMENT

• Due in full 30 days prior to event
