The 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 927-square-foot home is located at 2090 Zermatt Lane Unit C, just to the east of City Market in West Vail. The home is being offered for $245,995 and has an annual maximum price appreciation cap of 3% per year, plus all approved capital improvements.
