At 12:30 p.m. on Aug. 8, Vail Police received a report of a theft that occurred at Gorsuch, located at 263 Gore Creek Drive. The individual was captured on surveillance camera video taking possession of a jacket and leaving the store without paying.

All suspects are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
