• 6West Apartments - In 2019, the Town of Vail invested in several units at this location as deed restricted housing to provide priority to employees who either 1) work for the Town of Vail or 2) work for a business located within the Town of Vail. This property is located in Edwards along the Highway 6 bus route with an ideal location just minutes from the amenities, shops and restaurants in Edwards. Tenants must qualify as local residents as well as meet certain income standards.
