Leasing Opportunities
The Town has partnered with Triumph Development on the construction of the new homes and is pleased to have contracted with Triumph Management West to manage the leasing and building management. This project has a resident occupied deed restriction, which means that all adult tenants must be full-time employees of a business in Eagle County that serves Eagle County.
About the Residences at Main Vail
The Residences at Main Vail are designed as a 100% deed-restricted, for rent, residential development to include a mix of 72 one- and two-bedroom apartments containing at least 72 parking spaces onsite with additional means of meeting the transportation needs of the new residents.
Additional amenities include individual storage unit lockers, on-site laundry, indoor and outdoor community gathering spaces, a solar panel installation for on-site energy production with 100% electrification systems to minimize the carbon footprint of the new building. The central location near the Vail Town Center roundabout provides convenient pedestrian access to Vail Village and Lionshead Village and will be home to as many as 200 year-round and seasonal Vail residents.
Town of Vail's Commitment to Community Housing
The collaborative development project had been years in the making and was completed in the Fall 2023. With the lottery draw having been completed on Monday, July 17, the leasing process was soon to follow, and the apartments became fully occupied in December 2023.
The Vail Town Council stands behind their commitment to complete a 100% deed restricted residential for-rent development project to support the needs of residential housing within the Town of Vail Community.
