At approximately 7 p.m. Aug. 16, the Vail Police Department responded to a call for a male subject taking pictures over a bathroom stall at City Market in West Vail. The suspect fled the building on foot when confronted by the victim and was last seen running into the parking garage. 

The suspect was wearing a black t-shirt with “OAKLEY” printed on the front side in yellow text, blue jeans, and had dark hair with a beard. The subject pictured below may have valuable information regarding to this incident.
