Phase two of the statewide Plastic Pollution Reduction Act (PPRA), which includes a ban on distribution of plastic bags at all retail stores as well as a ban on polystyrene food containers and cups at all retail food establishments, goes into effect on Jan. 1, 2024.

The Town of Vail Housing Department is hosting a community lottery for the sale of the 2373 Lower Traverse Way, C, Chamonix Vail, at 12 p.m. on Monday, November 6. The lottery will be hosted in-person in the Council Chambers and on ZOOM. Applicants are not required to attend to be eligible to win.
