CDOT

The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) handles maintenance for state roads and highways; this includes plowing, sanding and paving.

The Hanging Lake Tunnel in Glenwood Canyon (CDOT West) handles I-70 in Western Eagle County from MM133 and further West.  Eisenhower / Johnson Memorial Tunnel Control (CDOT East) is responsible for I-70 from MM 133 East, Hwy 131, Hwy 6 and Hwy 24 as well as both frontage roads in Vail.
